- Refunds:
- You can return your item for a full refund or exchange it within 5 business days of the delivery date if, for any reason, you’re not happy with it. The item must be undamaged, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received in order to be eligible for a return.
- Trade:
- Within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team at exchange@divinore.com if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color. We’ll walk you through the exchange procedure and see to it that you receive the replacement item as soon as possible.
- Inaccurate or flawed items:
- Should you, in the unlikely event, receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please contact us right away at ordersupport@divinore.com and include your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will handle the item’s return or exchange, and shipping cost will be included in case of exchange

- To commence a return or exchange, kindly adhere to these guidelines:
- Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange when contacting our customer service team at ordersupport@divinore.com.
- Our staff will provide you instructions on how to proceed along with a return authorization. Enclose the item safely in its original packaging, along with any extra accessories and tags.
- Refund Procedure:
- After we receive and review the returned item, we will let you know if your refund is approved or denied. In 5 to 7 days, the refund will be processed using the original payment method if it is approved.
